Step 2: Choose Your Season
Costa Rica has two primary seasons. The dry season (December–April) offers the most reliable weather and is peak season — rates are higher and availability books up fast. The green season (May–November) offers significant savings, lush landscapes, and a more private experience — many couples find it their preferred choice.
Step 3: Select Your Venue

Getting legally married in Costa Rica requires basic documentation (passport, birth certificate, and more). Many couples choose to handle the legal ceremony at home before or after the trip, and have their symbolic ceremony in Costa Rica — this is actually very common and completely valid.
